I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and began my working years at Strategic Air Command Headquarters and moved to California when I was 20.  My first job in CA was at Lockheed Missiles & Space Center in Sunnyvale as Assistant to the Director of the Microelectronics Division.  That’s when silicon chips were new and I was seated right next to the Space Shuttle Division – a very fun time.  We lived in Palo Alto and I moved on to Ampex Corporation in Redwood City as Personal Assistant to the Founder and Chairman Emeritus.  Then I learned about commuting and worked in San Francisco with Boyden international executive recruiters and finally with Bryan & Edwards, independent entrepreneurs.

We raised our family in Lafayette and Pleasant Hill, in the East Bay during which time I owned my own computer outsource business.  When that industry had a downturn, I turned back to my legal experience and worked at Chevron Texaco in San Ramon as a Litigation Analyst in the international law group.  I truly grew into being a Realtor through my work experiences.  Some of the skills I honed are negotiation skills, managing people and projects, task and timeline organization, communicating clearly with people, analyzing data and working with attorneys.  I love being a Realtor!

We moved to Lincoln in 2004, my first year as a Realtor, and I have been a Top Producer since 2005!  I am now an Outstanding Lifetime Member of the Placer County Association of Realtors’ Master’s Club.  This is a distinction of being in the top 10 to 15% of Realtors in the County.  I know that my independent work experience along with the legal experience I had helped prepare me for my current career – my Favorite of all!  My daughter, Jenna, really gets the credit for that.  At one time she was a Realtor in Walnut Creek and insisted I consider this wonderful career when we made the move.  I am so glad I listened to her!
